Aurora is a Recreation, Education and Sports Centre for youth clubs, youth organisations and adult groups located in the peaceful rural setting of the Wicklow Hills. The centre is 2km from Glencree village and 17km from Dublin city. It is set in 40 acres of forestry and farmland and provides excellent access to the Wicklow Mountains. The complex consists of two hostels – The Grove House and Aurora House. There is also a campsite that can be used by organised groups.

The Grove consists of a traditional Wicklow cottage with beautiful views across Glencree Valley with a large, purpose-built study/recreation hall. There is accommodation for twenty four people at the grove which has full self catering facilities.

Aurora House is a fine two storey house near the Glencree River. It has three bedrooms with accommodation for eighteen people. It has a large dining room and a fully equipped large kitchen. Aurora House is ideal for mature groups, retreat groups and families.

Aurora has beautiful natural surroundings with forests, mountain trails, river and lake locations and play areas.
